From North of Newburyport

Take I - 95 South to Exit 57, Route 113
Turn left off exit and *continue on Route 113 approximately 2.5 miles to a flashing yellow light at Green Street and then turn left. Continue on Green Street. Parking is available in municipal lots on the right and directly at the foot of Green Street.

From South of Newburyport

Take I-95 North to Exit 57. Turn right off the exit and follow the directions above.*
The Entrance to The Phoenix Room is at 19 Inn Street, which is a brick pedestrian mall to the right of Green Street municipal parking lot. Entrance is on the second floor, and is accessible from the brick 'skywalks' visable from Inn Street.
